FOUR of the five schoolgirls who were alleged to be involved in the assault of a student from Holy Faith Convent in Couva, have received summonses to appear in court at the end of this month.
On Friday the documents were served to the four teens to appear virtually along with the fifth girl, a 14-year-old whose document was served on Thursday.
They are to face a Couva magistrate on July 31 charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Attorneys Taradath Singh and Darril Giles are expected to be represent them.
