Four motorists were arrested during a targeted driving-under-the-influence (DUI) operation conducted by police in the Central Division.
The exercise, carried out by the Central Division DUI Task Force between 6pm on Wednesday, and 2am on Thursday, was aimed at promoting safer roadways and reducing impaired driving.
Police said the operation was coordinated by Senior Superintendent Bhagwandeen and conducted under the supervision of Sergeant Umaid, with officers from both the Central Division DUI Task Force and the Central Division Task Force participating.
