It's official.

The United National Congress (UNC) has emerged as the leading party following the elections on Monday, securing 26 of the 41 seats, according to preliminary figures released Tuesday by th3e Elections and Boundaries Commission.

The People's National Movement (PNM), which governed for the past two terms, captured 13 seats, while the Tobago People’s Party (TPP) clinched both of Tobago’s constituencies.
