A man and woman were robbed at knifepoint while asleep inside a bar and lounge along Hermitage Road early Thursday morning, police reported.

Around 12:30 a.m., four men armed with knives entered an upstairs room where the victims were staying. The intruders covered their heads with a sheet before demanding valuables.

The suspects stole approximately $5,000 in cash, cell phones, a tablet, jewellery, and the keys to a white Kia panel van valued at $30,000. The men then fled the scene in the vehicle.
