PRIME Minister Stuart Young has come in for blows and accused of asking for votes while giving out money on Eid day yesterday.

The blows came after the Express posted a video on social media which recorded Young distributing Zakat (charity) to people outside the San Fernando Jama Masjid for Eid celebrations.

Social media users slammed Young for a comment made to a woman to whom he handed money among the crowd that had lined up outside the mosque on Mucurapo Street.
