(Kaieteur News) – The Ministry of Public Works on Tuesday said the overall process of Linden to Mabura Road project is now 79% complete, with works ongoing on the remaining components.
The ministry said the significant advancement along Guyana’s main hinterland corridor include the completion of pavement construction, earthworks, subgrade preparation and asphaltic works, with substantial sections of the roadway now at an advanced stage of completion.
The ministry noted that with the project now moving beyond its major earthworks phase, the new focus is that of finishing works and the installation of associated road infrastructure and signage.
