A REWARD of US$5,000 is being offered for information on missing fishermen Alvin Morgan and Damien Ruiz and the missing pirogue Kampai on which they set sail to St Vincent and the Grenadines last month.
The reward is being offered by a resident of the United Kingdom who had commissioned the building of the boat and had hired Morgan and Ruiz to take the boat from Trinidad and Tobago to St Vincent.
Morgan and Ruiz, both of Santa Flora, were aboard a 29-foot pirogue on which they set out to sea on March 2. The vessel and its crew departed Trinidad and later docked in Tobago as part of their journey to Union Island in the Grenadines.
