THIEVES have stolen marine safety equipment and damaged newly installed bathing barriers at Pigeon Point Heritage Park, prompting condemnation from Tobago Chief Secretary Farley Augustine.
The thefts have undermined efforts to improve safety at Tobago’s beaches following the fatal jet ski accident that took the life of Saydee Jogie at Pigeon Point in April.
