The High Court has cleared the way for a judicial review challenge against ASJA Girls' College, San Fernando, regarding its disciplinary actions against a Form One student accused of cheating during an exam.
On Friday, Justice Devindra Rampersad, dismissed an application by the school and its acting principal to set aside the leave previously granted for the judicial review claim.
The case centers around a 12-year-old pupil (represented by her father), who was found with unauthorised notes during a geography examination on June 14, last year.
