Timehri 3-vehicle smash-up
A Cuban national who was not licensed to drive in Guyana was charged on Thursday and remanded to prison for causing the deaths of two Indonesian nationals during a three-vehicle smash-up along the Timehri Public Road, East Bank Demerara (EBD), last Friday.
Thirty-five-year-old Ramon Rodrigues of Land of Canaan, EBD, appeared at the Friendship Magistrate’s Court, where the charges were read to him.
