THE National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) is considering introducing a third weekly Lotto draw as it expands operations, projects higher sales and develops new strategies to combat the country’s multi-billion-dollar illegal gaming industry.
NLCB chairman Ken Emrith said the board was considering adding another Lotto draw to its current twice-weekly schedule but would first have to determine whether the numbers supported the move.
“We’re probably looking at a third, but I have to look at the figures and see if it makes sense,” Emrith said in an interview with TV6 yesterday.
