The Island Traffic Authority (ITA) is reporting that it is currently facing challenges in processing and issuing Electronic Motor Vehicle Certificates of Fitness (e-Fitness Certificates) to motor vehicle owners.
The agency, in a statement on Tuesday, said this is due to its Fitness Management System (FMS) experiencing intermittent technical disruptions.
It said it is actively working with its service provider to resolve the issue and restore normal system performance as quickly as possible.
