KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Island Traffic Authority (ITA) is advising the public that a service disruption, resulting from damaged fibre infrastructure, has temporarily affected access to its Fitness Management System (FMS).
According to the ITA, in a press release on Tuesday, this has impacted the processing of Electronic Certificates of Fitness (eFitness) at all ITA Service Hubs.
However, the ITA said individuals whose eFitness certificates have already been processed can continue to access their certificates through the Certificate Generation and Distribution System (CGDS).
