Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a Venezuelan man who was found with a gunshot wound to the head in Marabella yesterday. He was identified as Samuel Marcano Richard Alexis, 45, a labourer of Short Street in Tarouba.

A police report stated that around 7 a.m., a person who lives on the upper floor of the house went to check on Alexis, who lived in an apartment on the ground floor. Alexis was found dead on the floor.

Officers of the Marabella CID and Homicide Bureau of Investigations (HBI) of Region Three responded.
