Shumba James, one of the main witnesses against six police officers who were accused of murdering three people in Moruga in 2011, has been shot dead by police.
He voted before dying, according to his relatives.
The Express was told that James was a special voter who cast his ballot in Moruga, which is in the constituency of Moruga/Tableland.
