Four people were shot dead by police in separate incidents—three in Trinidad and one in Tobago yesterday.
Shumba James—the first person against whom a detention order was made during the recent state of emergency (SoE)—was fatally shot along with another man by police in Moruga yesterday.
Police said James was linked to several murders, extortion and gun-running.
