Labour love flowed from the trade union movement at the United National Congress (UNC) presentation of general election candidates at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya, yesterday.
Hundreds turned out from various parties in the UNC’s Coalition of Interests, where each leader delivered impassioned speeches about hope and change.
One of the speakers was former president of the Public Services Association (PSA) Leroy Baptiste, who said that on June 19, Labour Day, he had signalled that the PNM demonised workers and took away their jobs.
