Thirty‑two people were arrested and more than 100 warrants executed during a major police operation across the South Western Division on Monday.
The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) confirmed that the Tri‑Divisional Warrant Operation ran from midnight to 6:00 p.m., targeting individuals wanted for outstanding warrants. Officers executed 104 warrants in total, including Traffic Court (TAC), affiliation, and committal warrants.
Those detained include 31 men and one woman, ranging in age from 20 to 63 years. The arrests spanned several communities, including Siparia, Fyzabad, Penal, Oropouche, Cedros, La Brea, Point Fortin, Rancho Quemado, Guapo, and Cap‑de‑Ville.
