(Kaieteur News) – A total of 13 contractors recently submitted bids to complete works at the 58 Miles Primary School Project in Region 10, according to tender minutes published by the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB).
According to information provided on NPTAB’s website, contractors bid between $12.6 million and $17.9 million to complete works.
This new project at the school comes more than two years after an initial $37 million project was awarded to construct a brand new primary school in the community. In July 2024, this publication reported that NPTAB revealed on its website that a $37,651,350 contract was awarded to Barron’s Exclusive to construct the school building.
