Preliminary results from the 2026 Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Elections indicate a clean sweep for the Tobago People’s Party (T.P.P.), winning all 15 electoral districts, the Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) announced on Tuesday.
The elections, held on Monday, saw a voter turnout of approximately 50.69% of the 53,239 registered voters across Tobago.
According to the EBC’s preliminary tabulation, the distribution of votes was as follows: T.P.P. – 16,240; People’s National Movement (P.N.M.) – 10,456; Independent Democratic Alliance (I.D.A.) – 181; United Tobago Party (U.T.P.) – 8. A total of 26,885 valid votes were cast, with 104 ballots rejected.
