Trinidadian Minister in the Ministry of Housing Phillip Edward Alexander has responded to Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez’s claim that a “nuclear bomb” had exploded in his government’s brain, saying that she was “not as bright as we give her credit for.”
Earlier today, Rodríguez had posted to her Facebook page in response to Minister Alexander's earlier statements that the government of India would ‘nuke’ Venezuela in defence of the Caribbean island.
