Police are investigating a break-in involving a sitting senator’s vehicle at a supermarket carpark in Cascade on Monday afternoon.
Senator David Nakhid, 61, reported that he secured his black Mercedes-Benz at the carpark of Simple Choice Mart around 4:15 pm and went inside.
Around two minutes later, he returned to the vehicle after receiving information and discovered the rear right-side door glass had been smashed.
