Kemar Stephen Romel Wharton, who was the subject of a âWanted Manâ bulletin issued on Thursday, August 13, is now in police custody.
Wharton presented himself to District âAâ Police Station on Sunday, August 16, accompanied by an attorney-at-law.
He is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.
