A MUNDO NUEVO MAN was acquitted by a Port of Spain jury in the multimillion-dollar marijuana cultivation case on January 8.
Duane Caldon was freed after a jury delivered its not guilty verdict at the end of his trial, following 45 minutes of deliberation.
He was before Justice Nalini Singh charged on September 26, 2011, with the cultivation of 18,000 fully grown marijuana plants and approximately 3,200 seedlings.
