TRINIBAD artiste Bradlee Dhanaram, who was charged after a social media video with threats of violence towards supporters of the People’s National Movement (PNM) was made in the lead-up to the 2025 general election, has been placed on a two-year bond to keep the peace.
Dhanaram reappeared before Siparia Magistrate Gloria Jasmath yesterday for sentencing.
On April 17, Dhanaram was placed on bail after he entered a guilty plea to the charge of making statements to influence public opinion in a manner likely to be prejudicial to public safety. He was charged by Constable Ramesh Chaitramsingh under the Emergency Powers Regulations, issued under the state of emergency.
