Senior Counsel Israel Rajah-Khan is among this year’s recipients of honorary doctoral degrees from the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT).
Khan will be conferred with an Honorary Doctor of Laws at the university’s 2025 Presentation of Graduates Ceremony, which takes place on November 18 at the Lord Kitchener Auditorium, National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port-of-Spain.
UTT announced that three distinguished individuals will receive honorary degrees this year in recognition of their outstanding contributions to education, fashion, cultural advancement, and law. The other honourees are fashion designer Peter Elias, who will receive an Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts, and Jamwant Maharaj, who will be awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science.
