A man and a woman charged in separate assault cases have been granted bail and ordered to return to the District ‘A’ Traffic Court later this year.
Shamar Che Andre Bostic, a 29-year-old labourer of Goddards Road, Carrington Village, St Michael, appeared before Magistrate Jared Richards and denied assaulting Larissa Hutson on August 1.
Prosecutor Station Sergeant Vernon Forde said that the two were not related and did not live in close proximity to one another, and therefore made no objection to bail.
