A Trinidad and Tobago national has been extradited to the United States to face armed robbery and conspiracy charges, more than a decade after a warrant was issued for his arrest in Maryland.
Kervon Noel was extradited on Tuesday to answer to two counts of armed robbery and conspiracy linked to allegations dating back to 2014.
US authorities issued a warrant for Noel’s arrest in November 2014 after he was charged in Maryland. He was placed on bond and ordered to appear in court in December of that year but allegedly failed to do so. He is believed to have fled the United States and returned to Trinidad and Tobago.
