A Trinidad and Tobago fugitive has been extradited to the United States to face charges of armed robbery and conspiracy, 12 years after a warrant was issued for his arrest in Maryland, United States.
On Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, Kervon Noel was escorted from Port of Spain to the United States by the United States Marshals Service, along with special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the US Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS).
According to information from the US Embassy in Port of Spain, a warrant for Noel’s arrest was issued in Maryland in November 2014 for two counts of armed robbery and conspiracy. Noel was granted bail and ordered to appear in court to answer the charges in December 2014 but failed to do so, having fled the United States to Trinidad and Tobago.
