A St James man who the police say was wanted for murder was captured in Manchester on Sunday.
Twenty-five-year-old Richard Morgan, otherwise called ‘Country’, of Spot Valley, Rose Hall district, was arrested during an operation by the Area Three Fugitive Apprehension Team (AFAT) in Greenvale, Mandeville.
The police say about 6:25 p.m., Morgan was apprehended after a Toyota Coaster bus in which he was travelling was intercepted.
