The words of Ann Maria McLean-Rogers, a former Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme (CEPEP) worker who was speaking not just for herself but on behalf of her six other ex-CEPEP colleagues who all came to Express House early yesterday morning to be heard.
In their hands were brown envelopes containing documents that they were asked by the Ministry of the People, Social Development and Family Services to photocopy and forms they were asked to fill out last week. They had just come from the Henry Street office, where they claimed they got a run-around.
