An American woman who was injured while preparing fireworks for Independence celebrations at the Queen’s Park Savannah on Monday remains in critical condition at hospital.
Senior police officers told the Express yesterday that Jennifer Czerepka, 45, of Plant City, Florida, remained under observation at hospital and officials were hopeful her condition would improve.
Czerepka was injured shortly before 11 a.m. while preparations were being made for the Independence Day fireworks display scheduled for 8 p.m. Monday.
