Two Cuban factory workers became the latest victims of an armed robbery after boarding a motorcar they believed was travelling toward Wales, according to police.
The incident occurred between approximately 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Friday in the Stanleytown area, West Bank Demerara.
The victims, aged 41 and 29, reportedly entered a silver-grey motorcar after being told it was heading in the direction of Wales. According to the police account, one of the suspects was sitting in the front passenger seat.
