“Before we could come outside to try to salvage anything, we just saw the water coming from both the back and the front. The water come up so fast it was hard to try to pull up anything.”
So said a tearful Stacy Hajarie said as she recalled Saturday’s flooding in Cedros which led to her being marooned and unable to save any of her belongings.
