THE RELATIVES of Lionel Reis, who died after falling from a forklift at his workplace, yesterday called for a full and honest investigation into how he died and whether it was preventable.

The Express yesterday, visited the relatives of Reis, 39, who fell approximately 30 feet to his death on Saturday evening, while he was on duty at a warehouse at Associated Brands Ltd, Bhagoutie Trace, San Juan.
