The probe into the death of six-year-old Jasher Francois into whether proper medical care was provided at the San Fernando General Hospital continues.
Minister of Health Dr Lackram Bodoe told the Express on Thursday that the matter "is still in the hands of the attorneys".
In September, after a tour of the Couva Hospital and Multi-Training Facility, Bodoe told the media that the probe was ongoing and involves attorneys.
