Police are investigating an incident in which a toddler was allegedly injured while at a daycare in Central Trinidad.
The child's mother reportedly told police that she picked up the toddler at the daycare in Couva late Monday and discovered that the baby had swollen marks on the buttocks, arms and legs, which appeared as though the child was beaten.
