A Hanover man who was held with ganja in his car during a traffic stop in St Mary was today fined a total of $165,000 in the parish court after pleading guilty.
Kelvin Patrick Esteen, 46, was charged with possession of ganja, dealing in ganja, and trafficking in ganja.
He pleaded guilty to possession of ganja and dealing in ganja and was fined $15,000 and $150,000, respectively.
