A 32-year-old man from AriĀma has been acĀquitĀted of murĀderĀing an ArouĀca busiĀnessĀman in 2021.
AnĀdrew SutĀton, of MalĀabar, AriĀma, was found not guilty at the end of his judge-alone triĀal beĀfore JusĀtice NaliĀni Singh on MonĀday.
SutĀton, who was repĀreĀsentĀed by DeliĀcia HelĀwig-RobertĀson and Sara Julien of the PubĀlic DeĀfendĀersā DeĀpartĀment (PDD), was the secĀond man acĀcused of murĀderĀing Nicholas MoĀhith to be freed this year.
