PRIME Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar said yesterday the Government and Tobago House of Assembly (THA) are currently discussing measures to regulate the use of jet skis and similar craft, following the death of seven-year-old Angelica Saydee Jogie in Pigeon Point Heritage Park earlier this month.
Persad-Bissessar also extended condolences to Jogie’s family, as she responded to a question from Diego Martin North/East MP Colm Imbert in the Parliament.
Imbert asked what immediate and urgent action was being taken by the Government to prevent similar incidents in local waters.
