While revellers in Arima hit the streets on March 4 and enjoyed the Carnival Tuesday festivities, a spate of robberies and attacks occurred throughout the borough as the sun set.

A Malabar man liming at Pro Bar on Malabar Extension Road was attacked by two men he knew.

The victim said around 12.30 am, he was near the bar when he felt a blow to the back of his head.
