$17,011 missing from Tobago health centre cafeteria vault

$17,011 is missing from the vault of a Tobago health centre cafeteria after it was reportedly raided.

The theft was discovered on Friday when an employee went to the cafeteria to clear the vault and found that almost all of the cash expected to be there was gone.

Police said around 11:40 a.m. a 37-year-old business operations coordinator went to the cafeteria at the Bacolet Health Centre to clear the vault.
