While thanking Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar for raising the prospect of a commission of enquiry into his case, firearms dealer Brent Thomas says he thinks an independent body would be better suited to determine precisely went wrong and where.
And, he wants the State to correct the errors that took place and whoever made them be held accountable. He also wants his compensation to be such that it allows him to find somewhere to live his life again, “as I have no ways and means to start a business all over again”.
