KINGSTON, Jamaica â After a yearâs absence, FIWI Entertainment is preparing to make its return to the runway with what its founders describe as the companyâs most ambitious production yet.
The fourth staging of the FIWI Fashion Show is scheduled for December at the Kaiser Hotel and Resort in Negril, marking another milestone for the Jamaican company, which is celebrating five years since its establishment.
For co-founders Orville Murray, who is the chief executive officer, Shane Purrier, chief operating officer, and Jermaine Russell, director of events, the show represents much more than an evening of fashion. They see it as a platform dedicated to elevating Caribbean creatives while positioning regional fashion on the international stage.
