Murders, kidnappings, home invasions an other serious crimes are continuing unabated although a state of emergency (SoE) is in effect.

However, criminologists say an SoE does not eliminate the fear of committing crime, which is why murders and other offences continue.

Criminologists spoke to the Sunday Express yesterday on the continued bloody crime spree across the country despite the ongoing SoE.
