VENEZUELAN Minister of Justice Diosdado Cabello has advised Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar to refrain from meddling in Venezuelan affairs.
He said Venezuela reserves the right to take ‘necessary action’ amid planned deportations, and escalating US tensions in the region.
He said that many Trinidadians currently live in Venezuela and visit the country daily for trade, but are not mistreated by the Venezuelan government.
