Eviction halted ...Court orders CDA to grant military museum access

The Chaguaramas Development Authority (CDA) was yesterday ordered by the High Court to allow the Chaguaramas Military History and Aerospace Museum access to the property on which it operates.
Around midday yesterday, the museum posted on its TikTok page a copy of the order by High Court Justice Devindra Rampersad to the CDA prohibiting the authority from evicting the museum.
An inspector from the CDA police unlocked the gate to the property.
