An investigation has been launched into the death of an 11-year-old schoolgirl amid concerns she may have been a victim of bullying.
Arianna Ramdial of Caroni Village, a student of Caroni Hindu Primary School, died yesterday morning after she was taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mt Hope, on Wednesday.
Police said what appeared to be minor injuries were observed on her body. Relatives told investigators that Arianna had never been harmed by family members but believe she may have been bullied.
