Defence Minister Wayne Sturge is calling on former prime minister Dr Keith Rowley to provide evidence of his (Rowley’s) name being on a travel watch list.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Newsday on July 23, Sturge cast doubt on Rowley’s claims that he was delayed by airport officials in Antigua and Barbuda on a recent trip to Montserrat as a result of his name being flagged on a watch list.
Rowley, on July 21, blamed the Prime Minister, the Commissioner of Police (CoP) and the Attorney General for the incident saying, “This development is the kind of development I would expect from the Attorney General of TT."
