PRESIDENT Christine Kangaloo has lamented that too many families in this country have experienced grief due to violence.
She made the comment during her 64th Independence Day message.
She said it was important to confront realities including sorrow affecting families and enable youths to secure a brighter and better future. She also said it was the citizens’ rights to protect its democracy including certain fundamental freedoms, and demand law and order.
